Richard C. Owens

Richard C. Owens is a Senior Munk Fellow with the Macdonald-Laurier Institute; adjunct professor at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, where he has taught several courses in innovation law; an intellectual property and technology lawyer; past-chair of the University of Toronto Innovations Foundation and past executive director of the Centre for Innovation Law and Policy at the University of Toronto.
