Noah Zon and Thomas Granofsky

Noah Zon and Thomas Granofsky are authors of the recent Ontario 360 paper Resetting Social Assistance Reform. Mr. Zon, currently a partner at Springboard Policy Group, has spent his career working on a wide range of policy issues with governments at all levels in Canada, as well as serving as director of policy at the Maytree Foundation, and lead researcher at the Mowat Centre, in addition to service in the cabinet office in Queen's Park. Mr. Granofsky, who is an author and policy researcher, most recently worked at Queen’s Park as senior policy adviser in the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care. He previously roles worked at the Ministry of Children and Youth Services, the Treasury Board Secretariat and the Ministry of Community and Social Services, as well as a policy associate at the Mowat Centre.
