Georg Serentschy

Dr. Georg Serentschy is an international expert in the digital sector and the telecommunications industry. He is the former CEO (telecommunication and postal) of the Austrian Regulatory Authority for Broadcasting and Telecommunication. While in this role, he served as chairman of the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communication (BEREC) in 2012, and vice-chairman in both 2011 and 2013. He has also held the position of Head of the Austrian Competence Centre Internet Society (KIG), a governmental advisory body.
