Eric Champagne

Eric Champagne is a professor of public administration at the school of political studies at the University of Ottawa and assistant director at the Centre on Governance. He currently holds a grant from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council to study the Federal Municipal Infrastructure Programs from a multi-level governance perspective.
