Responding to French Quebec’s fears

Whenever Canadians elsewhere downplay the importance of French, an incipient paranoia raises its head among nationalists.
Federalists should be working on strategies to encourage Quebecers to embrace Canada beyond last-minute ‘love-in’ demonstrations, writes Andrew Caddell.
