Wrangling the Ranger rifle fiasco

DND may have somehow spent nearly $20-million more buying guns in bulk from Colt Canada than they would have spent buying them individually from the manufacturer.
According to the documents obtained by The Ottawa Citizen, the red-coloured stocks of the Colt Canada C19s distributed to Canadian Ranger units were transferring dye to the users' hands.
