It is up to cabinet to fix military retention
If we want to retain service members, ensuring that they can afford to stay in the military, and that they think their organization puts its people first is a critical step.

It is no longer news to say that our military is facing a personnel crisis. In 2025, the Canadian Armed Forces remains more than 12,000 people short its goal of 101,500 troops that was established in 2017.
