Climate change is now upon us. We need to prepare for the inevitable consequences of our failure to head off the crisis.
While we can debate emission reduction strategies, there's no avoiding the reality that climate change is having a costly impact of households and businesses, one that will only increase over time, writes Shawn McCarthy.
