Governments unprepared for risks of a dilbit spill in western waters
I can lament the failure of the B.C. NDP and the federal Liberals to keep their promises, while praying that the likely spills will be averted by sheer luck.

Back in May, I joined a group of health and environmental groups in signing an open letter to the British Columbia government asking that a stale-dated recommendation of that province's Health Officers Council finally be acted upon.
