Liberal MP McDonald says he’s rebuffed Conservatives’ overtures three times, but won’t rule out crossing the floor or sitting as an Independent

The three-term Newfoundland and Labrador MP did not met the March deadline of nomination conditions to run as his party’s unopposed candidate for the next election.
