But his audience has moved past words and seems to be longing for action, writes Tim Powers.

OTTAWA—The plight of the federal Liberals and the prime minister these days screams like a country music song. Loss, loss, and more loss. Maybe my interpretation of country music is limited, but the governing party and its leader are trapped in a lament.
