‘More prescriptive’ lobbyists’ code of conduct to come into force in July
The new code will include as much detail as possible and reduce the need for separate guidance documents further defining the rules, said Lobbying Commissioner Nancy Bélanger.

Federal Lobbying Commissioner Nancy Bélanger has unveiled the final version of her update to the Lobbyists’ Code of Conduct which she says will more explicitly define what government relations professionals can and cannot do.
