Canada needs to transition to a net-zero economy, now
Transitioning to a net-zero economy will be highly disruptive, difficult, and costly, and we should have no illusions about that. The choice we face is whether we face this realistically and intelligently, or whether we continue to behave more like ostriches and suffer the consequences.

TORONTO—For those hoping that Jean Charest would lead the Conservative Party away from its ostrich-like policy on climate change to a more responsible and credible policy, he is a huge disappointment.
