On China, Canada cannot blindly follow the U.S. into another Cold War

Canada’s national interest lies in ensuring that we have the global institutions and global co-operation needed to enable countries of different systems to peacefully and progressively co-exist—not to join the U.S. in a misguided and dangerous cold war on China.
