Afghanistan committee set to probe the wrong issue

The focus of this parliamentary inquiry should instead be on how Canada got itself into such a botched mess in the first place.
The new committee will look at Canada’s failure to have a plan in place to evacuate those Afghans who had assisted Canadian troops during their decade-long participation in that conflict, but that’s not all MPs should look at, writes Scott Taylor.
