Research funding provides STEM skills that are critical for Canada

Now that we are preparing to emerge from the ravages of the COVID-19 pandemic, we should take stock of the weaknesses and vulnerabilities of the Canadian skills ecosystem and collectively find ways to enhance and improve it.
