Canada should create a green impact fund for technology

While preserving patents as key drivers of innovation, we can create a new scheme of incentives for patentees to ensure that their technologies are widely adopted—a scheme that rewards companies according to the positive impact achieved with their low-carbon technologies in developing countries.
