Isn’t an election the time to talk about health-care reform?

Better to stick our head in the sand and marvel over how our universal care system designed decades ago is doing a great job for its citizens today. That is going to help, isn’t it?
In the campaign’s second week, the Liberals, via Chrystia Freeland, went on the attack over what they called a Conservative attempt to privatize the country’s health-care system.
