We are now in a multipolar world
Our world will become even more crowded and more threatening in the years ahead. Our best hope for a safer and more secure world will be a diverse one in which democracies shine by example, but in which other systems can co-exist. That is the message that Canada should be taking to the world. But so far, all we have is silence.
