It’s time for Canada to do the right thing for Afghan women

For years, Afghan women have put themselves directly in the line of fire demanding the same rights and entitlements afforded Afghan men, aided and abetted by Canada, and they have paid the price for it.
Afghan women leaders and rights activists are under no illusion of the risks they face. It is now time for Canada to step up to the plate and honour the commitment it has been making to Afghan women, writes Corey Levine.
