Trudeau: will he pull the plug or not?

The dilemma facing the Liberals is that while their star is rising with the public, the opposition is ratcheting up the pressure not to take advantage of the moment—essentially what politics is all about. Timing.

The PM doesn’t need the Roman poet Horace to translate carpe diem.

HALIFAX—With Parliament just two weeks away from summer recess, Canadians are in for a period of Shakespearean drama; to pull the plug, or not to pull the plug. That is the question confronting just one person; Justin Trudeau.
