How the Conservatives can win the next election

The Conservatives can reintroduce themselves to Canadians as a pragmatic, problem-solving party which is environmentally responsible, has a pan-Canadian perspective and effective policies to address poverty and reduce income inequality. That would be an outcome good for Canadian democracy as well as for the Conservative Party.
