The military will not force this change upon themselves. If Parliament is serious about quelling sexual violence within our the Canadian Armed Forces, they must impose strict measures to stop the rape culture at RMC, which is the birthplace of many chiefs of defence staff, and is meant to serve as an example for all future officers.
