Veterans Affairs’ backlog and wait-times ‘a perfect storm’

VAC is taking a number of positive steps to alleviate the backlog of veterans’ disability claims. But the government has to make this a higher priority in order to establish a more immediate resolution for veterans and their families who are often facing severe financial insecurity during this COVID-19 crisis.
