Senate must be better prepared for emergency situations

The ultimate goal of this study is to propose to Senators over the next months the implementation of a contingency plan allowing the Senate to rapidly adapt its rules and practices, as well as the use of technologies and safety measures, for a potential second wave of COVID-19 cases later this year or future emergencies.
