Patient leadership will get better results than bellicose politics

Patience is a form of leadership, even if it doesn’t get a good soundbite. We tend to believe that patient and respectful dialogue looks weak in these times of the strongman world leader, and certainly Justin Trudeau is taking a beating in public opinion even from moderate people.
