We need to do much more work on possible scenarios for the future
The Century Initiative, which says that nothing less than 100 million people—an extra 63 million people—is essential if Canada is to avoid becoming an aging and poorer society, with weakening economic growth and a tax base unable to meet the basic needs of Canadians.
