Transportation infrastructure is greater than the sum of its parts

The Airport Capital Improvement Program is in need of a refresh. The funding envelope has not increased since its inception, yet airports are facing more complex and costly safety and accessibility regulations than in the past. 
Over the past year, the Canadian Airports Council and regional aviation associations have come together to call on the government to increase funding under the Airport Capital Improvement Program to $95-million a year.
