More candidates could drop out after Sept. 30 deadline, PPC, Greens lead pack so far

More candidate drop outs are likely, especially after the upcoming nomination deadline, but Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's blackface scandal may affect how the Liberals, at least, use their opposition research.
