Ukraine President Vladimir Zelenskiy and Foreign Minister Chrystia Freeland met on the margins of the Ukraine Reform Conference in Toronto. At the conference, the minister added $45-million to strengthen trade, governance, police, and youth exchanges with Ukraine.
