Liberals and Conservatives provide clearly different climate change policies, yet the reality is that Canada is projected to fall short of meeting its 2030 emissions reduction pledge under either party.

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is trying to straddle the fence between pursuing his government's climate plan while also promoting oil pipelines and exports which makes cutting emissions that much harder.
