It's been more than a year since U.S. President Donald Trump withdrew from the Iran nuclear deal that his predecessor negotiated. In the latest provocation, on Monday, Iran announced that it would start enriching uranium fuel to more than 3.67 per cent, the limit set by the treaty that it signed in 2015.
