Scheer spews out nonsense, calls it a climate plan
It’s hard to see how Andrew Scheer keeps a straight face, since in any other context he would, as a conservative, presumably be ridiculing the idea of trying to accomplish a society-wide goal by government intervention.

OTTAWA—One of the problems of dealing with totally cynical, post-accuracy conservatism—whether in Europe or the U.S. or Canada—is that it ruins everyone’s sense of irony.
