Justin Trudeau’s recent attacks on Andrew Scheer are not really aimed at winning over wavering undecided voters; their real purpose rather is to mobilize and energize the Liberal base, which at this point, given everything that’s happened recently to the Liberals, might be getting a little bit demoralized.
