This just in: carbon tax is not a cash grab, not a job-killer, and not an attack on Alberta

It is a flawed attempt to buy permission for a major industry to continue producing a product that is harming the planet and that is increasingly reviled globally. That this is the best the country can do is, in itself, distressing.
