Time to strengthen passengers’ rights by making airlines accountable through a watchdog

Passengers deserve better. With the upcoming deadline for submissions, and this being an election year, it is our last chance to finally make airlines accountable.
If Transport Minister Marc Garneau, pictured before the House Transport Committee on Nov. 27, 2018, and Prime Minister Justin Trudeau want to truly make the CTA accountable to Canadians, they need to create an independent watchdog.
