Liberals have failed to provide leadership on importance of climate action and necessity of carbon pricing

The Trudeau government has made the Conservative approach easier. While moving in the right direction, they have failed to provide the necessary leadership to persuade Canadians on the importance of climate action and the necessity of carbon pricing. Instead, they have assumed the moral high ground instead of getting down to the necessary task of making a convincing case for carbon pricing and a carbon action plan.
