Wait, taxing carbon leads to economic growth? Some people actually believe this nonsense?

Consumers in the four provinces highlighted by Pembina Institute directors in their January op-ed haven't yet felt the full force of carbon pricing that will come with Ottawa's plan for a national carbon tax.
