‘Everyone wants to weigh in’: MPs, ministers with innovation, resource, environment files top 2017 lobbying list

While politicians attached to key ministries clearly topped the list last year, some Liberal backbenchers surprised observers with their popularity while oppositions MPs figured lower on the list.
