Anti-foreigner sentiment hurts Philippine BPO business

Telus employs about 12,000 call-centre workers in the Philippines to service both its own customers and those of other clients. Manulife and Sun Life also have BPO operations in the Philippines, as do Bombardier and Atco Gas and other Canadian firms.
