O’Regan, Petipas Taylor join cabinet, Indigenous file now run by two ministers

Seamus O’Regan is now Veterans Affairs minister, while Finance parliamentary secretary Ginette Petipas Taylor has become Health minister. Carolyn Bennett and Jane Philpott will both have responsibility on the Indigenous file.
