Outgoing JAG firing blanks at critics

Before the Senate's National Defence Committee moves on to the latest review of the Canadian Forces justice system, which is due to be tabled later this year, perhaps the committee should dust off the previous bill—Bill C-15—and ensure that all provisions are fully in force.
