Canadian jobs on the line as Liberals play catch-up on trade

Government inaction is causing cracks to form in the once-solid foundation of Canadian trade policy.
Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto, pictured here with Prime Minister Justin Trudeau during a visit to Ottawa last June, kicked off a 90 day consultation period with industry last month about a renegotiation of the NAFTA. Mr. Trudeau has yet to formally announce such a process.
