Jumping the gun to label an act as ‘terrorism’ serves no useful purpose
We must allow the relevant authorities time to do their investigation and determine, if they can, whether the alleged shooter in the Quebec mosque attack had any assistance, was in contact with like-minded people, was cajoled or urged to kill, chose his targets deliberately—as opposed to randomly—or was suffering from a mental illness when he acted.
