Conservatives should not turn their backs on Harper accomplishments
In the 1990s, Progressive Conservatives ignored the achievements of their former government, marginalized their former leader, and failed to create an alternative to the Liberals. Aside from some differences in foreign politics, the Liberals governed the country with the economic policies of the Conservatives and used them to deal with some social issues.
