There’s no real evidence natural resource partnerships are actually benefiting aboriginal peoples

Only with more robust research and reporting on how natural resource development partnerships are benefiting aboriginal peoples will we be able to craft policies that increase these benefits. Until we have this information, policy making will remain a best guess scenario.
