We can’t move forward with a climate plan now, can we?

The prime minister will be seeking provincial buy-in and support for a range of measures—carbon pricing, a phase out of coal-fired electricity, efforts to increase the energy efficiency of buildings, the electrification of transportation—to ensure that Canada meets its carbon emission reduction targets committed to in the Paris climate agreement.
