Government considering extending debate on pension bill, Senate poised to send Bélanger’s anthem bill to committee

After coming up against more opposition to Bill C-26 from the Conservatives than anticipated, the Liberals are looking to find time as it’s a priority to pass, alongside Bills C-22 and C-16. Meanwhile in the Senate, Bill C-210 could finally be off to committee.

Following this week, MPs are back in their ridings for one last constituency week before coming back for a marathon five-week stretch of Parliament sitting.
