Partisan rancor suspended in Commons as MPs say goodbye to Jason Kenney

Mr. Kenney has gathered support from many federal Conservative MPs, including Ms. Ambrose, for his campaign to become leader of the Alberta Progressive Party, on a promise to re-unite the splintered conservative movement in the province.
“I appeal to all colleagues, from all partisan traditions, first and foremost, to respect this institution and this chamber as a place of deliberation," said Mr. Kenney in his farewell speech in the House today.
