Pipeline meeting useless, writes Maas
I recently spent two days attending the Victoria sessions of the Trans Mountain Expansion Pipeline panel. This was a frustrating experience. This panel was supposedly set up to identify and address the gaps in the NEB process, but it didn’t do that at all.
